Billy Guyton Foundation is a New Zealand charitable trust supporting people and whānau affected by concussion, traumatic brain injury, and suspected CTE. Founded by Shane Christie and others close to Billy Guyton following Billy’s death in 2023, the foundation was created in response to the devastating long-term effects of repeated head trauma in sport. it provides community support, advocates for better recognition and care, and promotes access to alternative recovery treatments, while working to improve long-term brain health and concussion awareness in sport
